What measures does BrainQuotient take in case of technical issues?

BrainQuotient takes all necessary measure to avoid technical issues. However, in the worst scenarios, wherein a technical problem on our end affects the session, we do not count the session. And re-schedule the session to another date/time.

However, sessions affected by technical issues at the student’s end are first evaluated and then re-scheduled taking into consideration the duration of the session and problem.
